Teaching pack "What does it mean to be rich or poor?"

This pack (only available in French) is aimed at pupils aged 9 to 15 years old.


Using 34 photographs (of the exhibition "Through the Eyes of Childhood") taken and commented on by children from southern and northern countries, pupils tackle notions of wealth, poverty and the future.

 

 

The pack includes:

  • A teacher's book giving information about the photographs and ideas on how to use the photos in activities
  • 34 photographs taken by the children:   
  • in colour, A4 format, without captions
  • in small format with captions (in French)
  • informations about the lives of these children (in French)
  • 34 captions written by the children (in French and in the children's mother tongue)
  • Texts with comments to continue reading in more detail (in French)
