Exhibition and sale of photos in aid of Enfants du Monde

photo de l'exposition

From Wednesday 3 November to Friday 23 December, the Café Les Recyclables in Geneva is showing a photo exhibition by Enfants du Monde.

Slawomir Plata, a professional photographer based in Vevey, has visited most of Enfants du Monde’s projects in a voluntary capacity over the last few years. From the photos taken on his travels he has selected 59 to appear in this exhibition, for sale exclusively in aid of Enfants du Monde.

Slawomir Plata’s photos show everyday life in the communities where Enfants du Monde is working with its local partner organisations to deliver health and education projects.

The A3+, black and white photos are being sold for CHF 150 each (of which CHF 100 will be put back into the health and education projects of Enfants du Monde, and CHF 50 will cover printing costs).

The photos can be ordered at the Café Les Recyclables, or by using the order form on our Facebook page / website.

The Cuénoud family, sponsors, Switzerland:
“Enfants du Monde is an organisation whose actions we have always found convincing, limited certainly, yet perfectly targeted and effective. Each project is planned so that local partners can become independent. This is a philosophy which ties in perfectly with our expectations. If one child, one mother, can smile again or face the future more calmly, we know that we made the right choice.”

With 360 Swiss francs per year, that's one franc per day, you are enabling a child in Niger to go to school for a year.
